Crouched in the door of a plane, I was thinking how surreal is this entire experience. I looked out upon that beautiful earth and was surprised to feel complete peace and joy within myself. In that moment, I owned the world and from that MeleWorld was born. MeleWorld symbolizes the leap, the journey, and the freedom to be the best version of me.
I jumped out of a plane, leaving the allusion of security behind by blindly leaping into the vast unknown. Skydiving is like trying to explain mind-blowing sex to a virgin as the rush is impossible to put into words. Believe it or not, free falling at 200 mph is a joyous experience. You have no concept of speed nor do you feel like you’re plummeting to the earth. Rather it was almost as if we were floating on a cushion of air. If there’s anything skydiving does, it opens up your world and forces you to consider the possibilities. The feeling is BLISSFUL.
Today is a special holiday called Mele Independence Day marked by jumping out of a plane 14,000 feet above the ground and it was the most freeing experiences of my life. Cheers to new beginnings🥂
